Return & Exchange Policy

1. Final Sale

All purchases are considered Final Sale. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not accept returns or requests for exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Incorrect size selection

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange program. We encourage our customers to review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing guides carefully before completing a purchase.

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed or dispatched. Please ensure all shipping and product details are correct at the time of checkout.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in inspecting and packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at enquiry@greenrush.in with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  • Upon verification, we will provide a resolution in the form of a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
