1. Order Processing

• Timeframe: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• High Volume: During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take an additional 48 hours. We appreciate your patience.

2. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

4. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to all major cities across India.

• For remote or restricted areas, delivery times may vary slightly.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

We take pride in our packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

• If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Please contact our support team at enquiry@greenrush.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package to initiate a resolution.

7. Important Delivery Notes

• Final Sale: As a reminder, all items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

• Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please notify us within 24 hours.
